Coaching

We have 3 registered and insured (EBCS) coaches.

 Coaching sessions are held on a regular basis throughout the season (please see the notice board) - no charge is made except for the use of the club's bowls.

Instruction is usually over 4 weeks but may be longer. Bowls shoes must be worn.

Should the time or day not be suitable for you please phone.

A coach (EBCS Registered) can provide the basic KNOWLEDGE

which can be converted into SKILL by the player.

Knowledge

A coach can help a player to analyse why the bowl will not go where it was meant to go consistently. This could make the difference between frustration and success.

Skill

Through using the knowledge gained the coach can start the player on the road to success by developing the skill levels and providing purposeful practices to maintain them.
